Who We Are
Built on the expertise that preparedness demands.
Preparedness Group was founded on a straightforward observation: organizations train against abstract plans in conference rooms, not against the real buildings where emergencies actually happen. That gap costs time. In a crisis, time costs lives. We exist to close it. Every digital twin we build is designed from the ground up for emergency planning, staff training, and first responder coordination. Our work is shaped by direct experience designing emergency management training materials at the national level, including active shooter scenarios, complex multi-agency coordination, and large-scale threat assessments. We understand what responders need when they walk into an unfamiliar building under pressure. We understand how emergency operations plans are built, how exercises are run, and where the gaps in facility familiarity consistently show up. That understanding is built into every model we deliver. When you work with Preparedness Group, you're not getting a mapped building. You're getting a tool built by people who know how it will be used and what's at stake when it isn't.
National-level exercise experience
Our background includes designing and executing emergency exercises at the national level, active shooter scenarios, CCTA events, and complex multi-agency coordination. That experience shapes every deliverable we produce.
Purpose-built for preparedness
Every model we build is designed specifically to support emergency planning, staff training, and first responder coordination. The output isn't a visualization, it's operational infrastructure.
First responder formatted
Every deliverable is structured for law enforcement, fire, and EMS use from day one. The Law Enforcement Orientation Brief included in every package gives responders immediate, actionable building familiarity before they ever set foot inside.
